Description
In Peccatum Craft Beer was born in 2013 under the brand name Cerveza Keltius, brewing Belgian-style beers in a small brewpub in the city of Ourense.
In 2015 it was decided to dispense with the brewpub and move to an industrial estate, dedicating ourselves 100% to manufacturing and distribution, and acquiring new equipment and machinery that allowed us to triple the production volume and automate much of the process. The company aspires to continue growing and improving the quality of its beers day by day.

0.33l bottle. Very dark brown body with a beige head that only leaves a rim by the side of the glass. Aroma and taste of nutmeg, cocoa, bourbon, plums, orange zest and dark sugar. Quite alcoholic, but you kinda expect this from a 13% ABV beer. Definitely nice beer though.

25th Nov 2019; Monthly Beer Share at Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Last beer of the night, cheers Mat for this. 33cl bottle; BB 25th Dec 2065, really? Amber pour, off-white head. Not too sure about this, woody and smoky with a Rye undertone, didn't do it for me; the other four loved it though.

Sampled from 0.44 l can. Black with a beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly roasty and a little fruity aroma of caramel, chocolate and dark fruits. Fairly sweet, malty, gently roasty and minimally fruity taste of caramel, chocolate and a touch of dark fruits, followed by a medium long, moderately roasty-bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

EU local swap 3/19, danke an Taboada. Süffig hopfiger Beginn, Stroh, wenig Frucht. Hafer, wässrig werdend, verhalten grasig, klebrig. Hell hefiger Abgang, moderat hopfig. Juicy IPA - zu viel versprochen. 10/9/11/9/7/9
