Strawberry, lemon, biscuit malt, salt, and straw aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with small short lasting head. Lightly sweet strawberry, lemon, biscuit malt, mildly salty, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body.

16oz can. Murky yellow. Solid beer. Standard pulp. Looks right. Smells right. Tastes right. Perhaps underwhelming but... 7 4 7 4 13

6 week old pint can A: Poured clear gold with a tall lasting pillow of off-white foam. S: Kind of generic citrus and berry scent. Nice but nondescript. T: Heavy wood and bread hit just before tart citrus and bitter pith join in for balance. Herbal or floral hop notes toward the end. M: A bit heavy but active carbonation balances that. Sticky finish. O: Very nice after the initial malt blast, with an interesting balance of flavors and mouthfeel.

Super hazy golden and bright straw coloured body with a thinnish, only one centimetre tall off-white head that sits on top of a murky, hazy, 95 per cent opaque golden glow. Aroma of citrus fruits, oranges, grapefruit, resin, pine and a lot of herbal notes - very strong on the hop front, but some malt and light sugars also noticeable in the nose. Medium-bodied; Super dank and very fruity elements show first, with a great citrus fruit and floral characteristic along with a nice balance of malts, all ending with a pleasant perfumey note and a good hit of light sugars on top of the hops and bitterness. Aftertaste is clean, but very impacted by the hops, of course - especially in terms of citrus fruits, flowers and a nice, almost tart, fruit-based sweetness. Overall, this is a very nice beer that's balanced almost perfectly but derives so much from the hops that it tastes like tea leaves (perfume) and actual fruits are in the boil here. Great to sample, especially super fresh - get this one if you can find it and even if you don't like IPAs at all - it's a winner across styles! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Harris Teeter in Arlington (Pentagon Row), Virginia on 27-September-2021 for US$1,87, canned on 07-September-2021 with a tagline 'Wu-Tangyland is FOREVER' and sampled at my house here in Washington on 07-October-2021.

Super hazy golden, peach and orange coloured body with a thick, but very fast-dying tan head that starts near seven centimetres tall and fades to just one after a few seconds, all atop the crazy, 95 per cent opaque glow. Aroma of oranges, citrus fruit, dry, hay, flowers, bright hop alpha acids and a bit of alcohol noticeable with a nice malt note, too. Medium-bodied; Very rich malt body at first shines through with mangoes and melons here as well, but then, the hops and associated alpha acid bitterness come through and leave a subtle dryness and a light sweetness finally hits with the fruit leaving behind a small touch of sugars. Aftertaste is crisp, very fruity, but balanced very nicely with citrus, grass, hay, alpha acids from the hops, but extra malt body from mangoes and papaya, with a great level of sweetness, too. Overall, a great, well-structured and almost perfectly complex-for-the-style IPA that is very new school, but does have a slight bitterness at the end that gives older drinkers some nostalgia. Great to sample this one fresh and well-worth trying to find for anyone who likes any style of an IPA - this one is great, plus the can graphic is pretty nice too! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Harris Teeter in Arlington (Columbia Pike), Virginia on 18-August-2021 for US$1,87, canned on 04-August-2021 with the tagline 'Drip Too Hard, Don't Stand Too Close' and sampled at my house here in Washington on 24-September-2021.

Not overly sweet, but extremely coffee-forward, with a rich medium-roast brightness backed up by a mild vanilla note and a slight sugary streak on the finish. Green pepper and berries pop up in the fade. The beer elements are almost nonexistent, but not a bad coffee beverage.
