Nice color. Flavor has a mix of blueberries, tart fruit, and a slight biscuit malt. The salt is here as it should be in the finish. Another nice gose from this brewer.

Can with no date. Aroma and flavor are the same, mild cracker malts, light citrus, and a subtle herbal bitterness. Normal carbonation and texture for the style. Easy enough to drink. Pretty simple and straightforward.

Somewhat of a pink color. Flavor shows me sour guava, sour wheat, lemon juice, mildly tart berries. Not an overwhelming amount of salt but it’s here. Minor Saline solution texture. Has a refreshing quality about it.

Can pour into nonic pint glass from Greg & Jane's Beer and Wine. Appearance is hazy yellow/orange with nice sparkle, finger-width off white foamy head with poor retention and fair sticky lacing. Aroma is sweet grape and other fruit (fades as it warms), tart fruit, and an herbal, yeasty spiciness. Taste is strong grape (less so as it warms), tart fruit, spice, yeast. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, am surprised there's no Nelson Sauvin going on here. Interesting to get this out of Mosaic, Azacca and Chinook. I like the wheat contribution. Complexity kind of sneaks up on you.

Pours mahogany tinged brown into a shaker. Tan head with excellent retention recedes leaving bubbly lacing. Sweet citrus, caramel, pine, and mocha aromas. Sharp and dry with chocolate, pine, and charred bitter caramel in the lasting finish.

Pours hazy straw into a shaker. Bright white head with medium retention recedes leaving spider lacing. Mango skin and citrus aromas. Sharp with dusty mango and passion fruit skin upfront turning to mild earthy pith in the medium length finish.

Draft taster pour at Powder Keg Beer and Chili Festival. Appearance is cloudy, dark milky yellow with no sparkle, thin little bit of white head. Aroma is fruit and citrus. Taste is initial herbal, spicy blast, then morphs to fruit but there's a pretty intense sugary malt presence that dances the border between complementing/competing with the hop fruit. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, average-to-lively carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, this is not complex nor particularly noteworthy, but decent just the same.

Can pour into nonic pint glass from The City, Seabrook. Appearance is dark brown with slight mahogany, no sparkle, 1/2-finger width beige head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is roasted malt, bordering on ash, oats, light chocolate. Taste is roasted malt, oats, light chocolate and hint of coffee. Palate is medium-to-full bodied with thick, smooth texture, lively carbonation, nice mix of sweet and bitter finish. Overall, more roasted malt than much coffee or chocolate.

Mostly clear dark yellow in color with a thin bubbly white head that persists. Spicy earthy light floral with bits of grainy malt green apple and light fruitiness that is just a hint tart.
