4 oz sampled at Hobbs. Deep brown color with thick lasting head in the taster. Aroma is very light, mostly because it was served very cold. Maybe notes of roast and Saaz.
br> Flavor is good. Roast grain giving mild coffee grinds, center shows the Saaz that gives a bitterness to balance the roast. Body is almost medium with a dry roasted ending. Decent drink.

Draft at the source. Amber color, thin dying head. Aroma is caramel malt, straw and some type of Germanic hop. Flavor shows a slight off herbal note. Malty with a lighter body. The finish ends sweet and thin.

Draft at the source. 4 oz. Clear orang in color, no head. Aroma is citrus, spice and very mild yeast character. Smells more like a Belgain Wit.
br> Flavor is spot on the aroma. Light coriander spice, orange peel with the yeast showing low phenolics. Restraint on the yeast. Carbonation is livley with a effervescent mouthfeel.

My favorite of the six samples I tried today. Dark Amber color with thick lacing of white head down the glass. Aroma is fruit and Rye malt. The rys base gives a good medium plus mouthfeel. The fruity hops give light tropical fruit, citrus and peach flavors that leads to lengthy bitter finish. The balance of bitter fruit and Rye give this IPA and great drinkable quilaty. Slightly above average and at the lower gravity, I could drink a Grolwer of this myself. Nicely made!

Sample at the source. Slightly hazy golden in color. Aroma has a good amount of peppery yeast with a hint of apricot. The flavor has a strong presence of the yeast with a strong amount of cracked black pepper. Light traces of fruit with some mild sugar. Pretty bold flavor with a nice flavorful yeast.

Sample at the Brew Pub. Almost black in color, thin lasting head. Aroma shows me mild citrus, light coriander and a touch of roasted grain. The flavor is light on the coriander with a mild roasted grain body. The body is on the light side with citrus at a mild hint in the finish.

Sample at the source. Deep Amber in color with spotty lace over the sides of the glass. Aroma.and flavor.run hand-in-hand, Toasted grain, aged hops and a hint of smoke. I was not expecting the smoky hint and it works well with this brew. Nice

Sample at the source. Color is a medium brown color. Aroma shows me Toasted grain, hint.of nuts. The flavor is again the same as the aroma. Texture and body are on the thin / leans side. This browns ends with a mild.sweet roasted grain.

Draft sample at the source. Cloudy orange in color with a creamy white head. Aroma is Ale yeast, mild fruity hops and grain. Flavor is exactly the same with a smooth creamy texture. Simple and straightforward and very easy to drink.

Keg pour at NH Brewfest. Appearance is nice black pour with off-white creamy head and decent lacing. Aroma is cocoa and roasted malts. Taste is dark roasted malts up front with sour/tart ending, with a bit of smoke. Palate is medium bodied with soft to average carbonation with unpleasant sour/bitter finish. Overall, starts with promising appearance and aroma but taste and palate go off the rails.
