Draft at the Thirsty Moose, Dover. Hazt pink in color, no head. Aroma is sour wheat, cranberries, jemon juice. Flavor is not surprise. Light cranberry tartness, cream of wheat and a hint of yeast. Lighter body crisp aftertaste

Draft at the Thirsty Moose Manchester. Hazy dark golden color with a smallish bubbly white head. Bready caramel with a hint of extract twang to it on the malt side. I know its probably not brewed with extract but its got that oxidized molasses thing I remember from my early homebrew days going on. Resinous pine earthy light spice with a lingering astringent hop bitterness in the finish. Not a bad beer, but certainly nothing earth shattering either.

Sampled at the Granite State Brewers Fest. Slightly hazy deep golden color. Citrus and pine with hints of grass and a sweet bready light caramel maltiness. Pretty good IPA.

Draft @ Thirsty Moose tap house, Manchester Location on 18 June, 2016. Hazy golden straw color, full head with lacing down the sample. Nose is large amount of fresh ginger root with clove and bubblegum as an afterthought.

The bartender gave me a sample blind and I had no idea what it was. The traditional yeast esters are masked by the ginger. Yet, the malted wheat base, clove, and some spicy yeast does show itself. Medium in body, has a smooth creamy mouthfeel. I now understand why the brewer at Hobbs had to brew another batch of this beer, people want it for a summer drinker. Pretty refreshing!

Draught at the brewery, 5/14/16.
Deep auburn-mahogany with a beige head atop that is medium-sized and showing modest retention. Good clarity.
Bit of spice and earth are quickly consumed by pine, pineapple and grapefruit. It’s fairly straightforward with more bready malts behind it. Bit of sour/resin hanging out on the finish with no alcohol or flaw.
Hard, crystal malt-driven texture doesn’t really soak up the strong resin presented by all of these piney-grapefruity hops. Tons of bread, orange rind, white grapefruit and pine resin lingering, with a bit of caramel to balance. Quite dry with ample carbonation.

Draught at the brewery, 5/14/16.
Rich amber-golden with a high clarity and strong white head.
Fruity esters show apple, peach, banana and there’s a fair amount of clove and white pepper. Has some elements of a trippel, a witbier and a BPA but the hops are quite low (which is fine) adding just some dried herb and further pepper. Whatever the commercial description the website says, this was not a Single hop APA, but very clearly described as a Belgian pale.
Ample, fairly engaging carbonation with a moderately malty texture and good attenuation leaving light honey and bread lingering. Spicy phenols are prominent, with yellow fruit esters, as well. No alcohol or flaw. Very plain, by-the-books American brewpub/brewery BPA, but it’s fine.

Pint at the brewpub, 5/14/16.
Soft, flaxen-gold body has a light to moderately-light haze to it and a firm but small white head atop it.
Hops show very light, somewhat muted citrus, as a light bread character, almost nutty (assumedly the rye) dulls things somewhat. The yeast signature is fresh and enjoyable, but there’s just so little actual aroma here. Light biscuits and more bread on the finish, with spicy/citric hops barely interjecting themselves. Clean though, with no alcohol.
Nutty/chewy texture with low carbonation and light sweetness. It seems to be a bit undermalted, with too much raw rye character dulling things. Very watery, yet with whatever is in suspension further adding to the blandness. Citrus, light pine and spiciness from the hops is very thin and fleeting, but the beer is clean and the carbonation mostly engaging.

4 oz sample at the source. Slightly hazy yellow. Aroma is light pine and mild citrus. Hints of pale grain. Flavor is that of a balanced IPA. Grain base with citrus throughout the sip. Ends with a very mild pine bitterness. Body is on the lighter side. Pretty much the standard IPA offering. No flaws or problems and simple enough.

4oz. Sample that was served with a mini orange slice. After I tossed the orange slice I could still smell citrus on top a deep ashy roasted grain.

The flavor shows the Belgium yeast strain through the center and lasts until the finish. Orange peel gives a mild citrus pith bitterness that is mild. The body is a medium girth. Honestly, this brew was the most interesting in the sample flight. Interesting and fun rescipe. Enjoyable
