Draft at the source. Very pale yellow color, almost clear, few bubbles. Earthy apple aroma with light spice. Coriander more apparent in the flavor. Trying to appeal to beer geeks I guess

Draft at the source. Crystal clear very pale yellow with bubbles. Aroma of citrus and hay. Apples still come through in the flavor but it’s earthy citrus dominated. Trying to appeal to beer geeks...

Draught at Sneakers, 3/24/18.
Pale, lime-tinted, straw-brass. Crystal clear.
Strong acidity, almost lemon oil-tinged, with green apple skin-like notes, tannin and very dry, acidic juice. Bit of leafy, peppery cascade with more orange rind and lemon.
Peppery, rather loose, forced carbonation kind of ruins the mood right away. Off-dry with very low hop character, almost an afterthought of orange blossom and light vegetal character. Clean enough, I guess, with dull tannin, not-well-integrated acidity and lots of blandness and water on the finish.

12 oz. can. Thanks to AdamC and Heather_B. Near crystal pink appearance. Bubbly head and carbonation. Aroma shows a weak cherry and mild apple juice. Flavor is very weak. Little tart cherry with a hint of apples. Crisp texture with no tartness. Sourness is not really here. I was expecting more from this cidery.

Bottle from my local hipster catering supermarket. Rounded pint glass. Clear, pale gold body. Scent: Yeast, green apple, lemon, sand. Tastes is big on northern spy. Perfect pie apples that are super tart, super tannic & solidly sweet all at the same time. Browned flavor. Yeasties. A little sweet, maybe too sweet, but not candy sweet. Creamy texture. Really big & lengthy acid. Some oak at the end. Big flavors for a single variety, but blends always give me more.

Overpriced 750ml bottle from my local quazi hipster, organic grocer. Rounded pint glass. Spritzy pour. Clear, pale gold body. Smells of saline, soda, tart non-descript apples, dry leaves & forced carbonation. Tastes of mild, inoffensive yeast, apples that are more sweet then bitter. More saline. Papery, envelope finish sans the glue. Faint underripe strawberry essence. Slight coying lingering sweetness at the end as it warms. Just okay. Why is this so expensive?

Tap at Which Craft. Nose of apple, skin, ginger. Pale, clear yellow, almost flat. Flavor is apple juice and ginger, a tasty, balanced blend, not complex and a bit sweet. Nice drinking but not all that much like a craft cider, more like a cocktail. Little fermentation character.
