Canned April 2, 2021, drunk June 5, 2021.
Moderately-to-lightly-hazy, ripe peachy-gold with a small, white, rapidly dissipating head.
Super soft, fuzzy stone fruits and other mild tropical fruits mix with light honey-like malts and a touch of bubble gummy yeast. Little/no acidity nor even much in the way of more aggressive citrus/pine. But it's clean and fairly aromatic.
Translates in to the flavor, where it's supremely mild with, unfortunately, too much of a lack of bitterness. Soft and supple with very low carbonation and good attenuation. Honey-like malts are pleasant as is the light peach, tangerine, mango and pineapple. But there's just no bitterness here whatsoever, so it gets a little flat and monotonous as it wears on. Clean, though.

Golden yellow. Aroma of juicy hops, grapefruit, pineapple. Taste has citrus fruits, some mild resinous bite, bold pine finish. Palate has a continuation of the pine, interesting layering on top of a fairly bready palate. Good.

16 oz. in a trade with johnnnniee, thanks for the chance. Deep ruby near brown color. Aroma and flavor are very old-school. Caramel, toffee and some lasting pine bitterness after the sip. Thinner body / texture. Well made but pretty boring. Too old school for my preference.

Can (9/16/20) from a trade with Johnnnniee--thanks, John! Appearance is turbid brownish-red with no sparkle, 2-finger width beige head with good retention and nice leggy lacing. Aroma is nice, sweet pine, floral over grains. Taste is strong piney hops dominant with background grain, light caramel. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with somewhat watery texture, soft carbonation and crisp, dry finish with lingering bitterness. Overall, nice to have something other than an IPA or a stout for a change but the malts were a little muted here (which is weird because it's usually the opposite). Mouthfeel a bit weak. Just OK.

16oz can pours a neon orange, ring of white head. Nose has orange juice, followed by some dank notes, wet grass and weed mostly, stinky over ripe tropicals lurking. Flavor falls off a bit, dankness is still there but the citrus is faded, mango and guava now. Finishes with some bitterness but a bit thin.
