Single from Grandad's. Doesn't say what the blend is, just that it's made/packaged by Noble. Pint glass @home. Clear, pale amber, mostly still pour. Classic, semi-sweet, skinny, minor veg, left wanting sort of nose. Fermented dry, bittersweet essence, dry floral, a little honey, softly oaky & semi-sweet. Medium low carb. Waxy, but otherwise thin finish. Dry. Surprisingly good. Good slurp material.

Guest tap @White Labs AVL. Short pour out of caution. Clear, cranberry grape juice box color, uncommonly frothy. Sharply tart, dry blueberry, jammy grape nose. Good here. Dry, aromatic dessert apple & nondescript but juicy berry. Leafy, off-dry, tart apple essence, cheap champagne yeast, bit of sulfite dryness, low carb finish. Sessionably okay.

4-pack from Noble. Pint glass @home. Crystal clear, still, amber pour. Tannic, bittersweet, veggie, lemon, plum. Bittersweet, leaning sweet. Earthy, slightly floral, watery tea, margarine, oak, yeasty, somewhat pedestrian finish. Slippery, low carb, low acid, low tart, middling abv. Okay, but could be better.

Can from Tree Rock. Goblet @home. Opaque, dark honey tea, frothy. Caramelized, apple, orange, mellow spice, touch of soap. Medicinal honey, heavy herbal, caramelized, some skin but not a ton of blueberry. Tea, soft lemon, earth. Middling tart, hidden acid, kinda syrupy, too sweet. Actually okay.

Can @TreeRock. Goblet. Clear, vibrant, medium dark gold. Canned 6/14/22. Lemon tea, heavy oak, sweet lettuce. Tart, bittersweet leaning sweet, softly smokey, buttery, bitter champagne feels, sulfites, leafy finish, lingering minerality. Faint carb, nicely dry & drying. Nice try.

Noble Village Tart Cherry Hard Cider 6.4% A rose pink color with virtually no foam (not unusual in a cider) and a sweet cherry aroma. Medium bodied with a scratchy carbonation and a dry finish. Cherry up front then semi-sweet apple afterwards. It kind of reminds me of apple juice blends I used to drink as a kid. Alright.

Noble Spice Merchant Chai Hard Cider 6.4% Clear gold with a great apple and slightly spicy soft apple aroma. Medium bodied and with a great chai apple pie flavor. Nice spicing that’s mild and inviting with sweet apple and a touch of sharp carbonation. Great stuff, I really dig this as I’m a fan of chai.
