Single from Appalachian Vinter. Tasty Beverage pint glass @home. Clear, dark raspberry/crankberry cocktail; short fizz. Yeasty, boozy, grassy mulch, non-descript apple scent. Taste is tart & more bitter than sweet. Pithy cherry, grass, menthol, bitter apples, malic acid tartness, some vinegar, lingering pith, medicinal edge. Additives are good, if slightly candi-ish. The base cider seems Woodchucky. Frothy, thin, low to okay perceived acid, very boozy, low carbed, too much cherry juice. Meh to no thanks.

Note: I purchased this single fully displeased with the overall brand & solely because I like tea infused booze. Single from Appalachian. Tasty Bev. pint glass @home. Slightly hazed dark gold body. Suspect lingering head. Smells of sweet cinnamon & apples right before being baked in a pie. So far lacking chai. Taste is much the same, but with a solid backing of black tea tannic dryness. Tart apples are a win. Possibly nutmeg, but no chai complete mix that I sense. Maybe this is second runnings of their apple pie spice cider? Adding black tea to all their ciders would make their Jonas & Granny Smiths seem more complex. Yeasty, pleasantly bitter finish. Not quite thin, mellow carbonation, moderate acid, moderate sweetness, sneaky alcohol that pops at the end. Tastes natural. Actually okay(if you like pie spice).

Tall boy from Appalachian. Tasty Bev pint glass @home. MGD clear, subtle head, good sparkle. Smells carbonic, eventually settling on a yeasty sweet syrup smell that might be pineapple/apple glaze. Taste is boring, low tart medium acid Mott's, oxidized, watery. Watery pineapple juice, malic acid, salt. Thankful that this isn't as sweet as it smelled. It's actually more than halfway to dry. Tastes slightly more pineapple-y & is tolerable straight from the can when ice cold. The base cider is just terribly boring. I payed for it, so I drank it anyway. Thin, good carbonation that doesn't stiff you or fall off. Low yeaties add some body. Level headed abv. Very meh.

Single can from Appalachian. I'm not usually fond of Noble, but the I love tea in all things. Pint glass @home. Clear, dark & shiny gold; minimal fizz. Mellow, mildy acidic apple box juice scent with a passing hint of apricot & honey. Taste is preserved, mushy apple upfront, a zing of much needed apricot in the middle, & a lingering tannic finish of tea & booziness. Texture is a bit syrupy till the acid hits. Carbonation is way too low. Apricot acid plus the parching finish is the savior. Meh.

Can from Cardinal Trading. Nose is apple, decent fruitiness, quite standard. Clear pale golden color with lace. Apple flavor seems to show added juice. lightly mineral, a bit rubbery, not much tartness or tannins. Nice enough but not so special.

I meant to have this last night... Noble Golden Arrow Ginger Hard Cider 6.5% Crystal clear bright gold, virtually no foam or fizz but a big ginger ale aroma. The cider has a fairly full body and lots of ginger up front then semi-sweet apple. More ginger ale than cider like but nice.
