8 3 8 3 16Draft at Oedipus, Carnivale Brettanomysis ‘18. Very hazygolden with a white head. Aroma of funk, dry cellar, light fruits, citrus and spicy notes. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter with light sourness. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle sampled at Carnivale Brettanomyces. Hazy orange golden with small white head. Massive Brett funk with sweaty socks and pineapple. Hay, light malts, some fruity hops but indeed not as much aroma as a non-Bretty pale ale. Medium sweet, light bitter. Medium bodied. Nice!

Bottle @ Kings Day Tasting 2018. Slightly unclear yellow color, average sized white head. I find aroma and flavor quite hard to describe. Stinks a bit. Body / texture is watery. Flavor is a tad sweetish. Hmm quite boring imo.

Sampled from bottle @ RBBWG 2018, hosted by Beerlovers Bar, Antwerp. Clear pale golden color, average sized white head. Smell and taste wheat, lightly malts, somewhat grassy / hayish, the slightest tart hint. Not too much flavor but I actually quite like it. Refreshing.

Bottle at home. Completely clear golden (at first pour) with big fluffy white head. Lots of Brett funk, sweaty socks, horses, light apple, soft dry malt and herbs, light spicy. I don’t really get any quinces. Almost medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with dry finish and sparkly carbonation. Quite nice!

Tap @ Uiltje Bar Haarlem. Clear golden colour with a medium sized white head. Smells urinal, floral, sharp, loads of herbs. Tastes sour, herbs, slightly bretty. Medium body, medium to heavy carbo.
