Bottle. Etre Gourmet. Hazed, lemon gold. Decent, glossy topped, lasting, white head. Nose has soft brett, and mouldy lemon. Some soap. Taste is soapy and sweet. Foamy carbonation. Soapy sweetness to finish. Utterly boring beer. No saison character, and even less brett character.

Bottle shared at M&M’s. Hazy golden with white head. Smells bretty. Sweet malts, brett, elderflower, cow parsley, lemon juice. Moderate sweet and light bitter, touch of sour. Medium body and soft carbonation. Bit too sweet for my liking, this would be better if bone dry. Nice bretty touches.

Bottle from de Bierliefhebber, batch #01 bottled Nov 17, best consumed within 2 years. Slight hazy golden color, short lacing. Aroma of tart lemon and funky yeast, flowery of gruit. Spicy and flowery in taste, lemon tartness, citric acid. Lacks a bit of carbonation. Good stuff. --- Beer merged from original tick of Weder (Batch #1) on 12 Nov 2020 at 10:13 - Score: 7.6. Original review text: Citruszurige wild ale met bloemige gruit. Lekker hoor

Bottle in garden, from De Bierkonig, 6th May 18. Pours golden and oily. Aroma is floral, perfume, elder flower, wood, barrel. Taste is floral, elderflower, funk, sweet then dry, wood, herbal, long bitter sweet elderflower finish. Really complex and highly drinkable in the heat.

Bottle @ Koningsdag 2018 tasting. Hazy pale yellow with a small to medium sized white head. Smells Brett, urine, sour, horse, dusty. Tastes sweet-ish, loads of herbs, weird candy sweetness, dusty, moldy, fungal. Too weird for me. Medium body, medium carbo.
