Thank you for sharing tderoeck & Rubin77. 750 ml. bottle sampled @ LIBF 2017. Orange golden, little white head. Nose is soapy lemon, apple. Taste is bit too soapy, yeast, apple, lemon, low funk, lively soap. Bit too soapy but fair.

Thank you for sharing tderoeck & Rubin77. 750 ml. bottle sampled twice @ LIBF 2017. Orange, lively, small head. Massively earth-like red beat, so much earth, mineral, massively mineral, rye bread. Lively carbonation. Massively mineral, hugely dry earth heavy beats, faint berries, dark bread. Very unique & tasty, dry, low bodied, funk.

Thank you for sharing tderoeck & Rubin77. 750 ml. bottle sampled @ LIBF 2017. Golden citrus. Nose is lemon, soap, very acidic, lemon, spice. Rather clear yellow blond beer, small creamy white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: malty, bit fruity, some citrus, apples, bit yeasty, hint of banana. MF: lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: bit metallic, apples, apple skin, little bitter. Aftertaste: some tannins, yeast touch, more apple skin. No idea this was made with quince, guess it does show indeed.

Pretty cloudy yellowish beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very grains, funky, bit floral, dusty, bit metallic, wood notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sourish, spicy, bit hoppy, floral, funky, lemony, some apricots. Aftertaste: bitter, some citrus, dry, fruity, some tannins, floral notes, decent but not the greatest.
