Mostly clear, but slightly hazy light ruby and deeper, muddied pink coloured body with almost no head at all, and what is there fades very quickly and leaves nothing up top. Aroma of soured, tart cherries with an acidic quality that shows some vinegar and funkiness, but no real fruits here and nothing of any big quality, with a dry malt and lemony finish in the nose and no real malts at all - quite thinnish, it seems. Light-bodied; Very crisp and tart cherry notes dominate with that vinegary, acidic quality that makes it seem a bit cheap and non-fruity with more of an acid bite and lemony, but slightly dry note at the end, again, without any real seemingly malt backbone to give this any support, it just seems thin and unrefined - tart of course, but at a price. Aftertaste shows some dry fruitiness, but more of a tart, acid-heavy and slightly off-putting and contrived beer that shows the berliner weisse quality to some degree from the yeasts, but not much of a soured, fruity or tart/wild beer - this is a bit simplistic and not too exciting, which is too bad. Overall, a barely decent berliner with a lot of acidity from the fruits and a vinegary quality with some light malts, no real fruit notes and a kick that seemingly lasts for a while, without a nice look in the body, either - slightly disappointing. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from La Bodega in Anchorage, Alaska on 05-October-2021 for US$4,60 sampled at my house here in Washington on the opposite end of the country from the brewery and especially from the shop I bought this from, on 17-October-2022, just over a year later after purchase.

On tap at Draft at Mission Beach in San Diego. Bright orange gold color. Creamy beige wid minimal. Dank hop nose. Flavor follows nose. Big dank hop notes abound. Grapefruit, orange, mango and sticky pine. Boozy notes. Boom!

Can. Hazy amber beer with a dark cream head. Spice and herbal aroma with citrus. Grapefruit and herbal flavor with orange. Medium boded. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and herbal notes linger with tropical fruit and light orange.

US Pint can into an old Corsendonk stemmed tulip glass (twice) on 9th January 2022, Laguna Hills California, at my daughters. Clear golden body, white head that faded away to a wisp and collar too quickly. Bready, yeasty and Belgiany, slightly sweet too. Liked it.

Pour is a clear and bright golden with a large white head. Aroma is Belgian yeast ester and a little banana. Flavor is more yeast ester with some super dry malt. This was a decent Belgian blonde ale. It's not a Duvel but more of a slimmed down version of the style.

Can from Bine & Vine. Pours dark brn/blk with a nice creamy tan head. Aroma of chocolate, coffee, toasted/burnt malt and dark fruit notes. Quite full bodied. Flavor is burnt malt bitter, chocolate, dark prunus fruit, and some quite tasty coffee. Just a touch of heat in the finish. It may not be new, but it's a very good version of a standard.

Fairly clear golden and peach coloured body with a very thin pure white head that fades relatively quickly and leaves just about nothing on top after a few seconds. Aroma of very subdued hop notes, a light dash of malts and a sliver of coconuts and lactose here - not much doing in the nose at all. Light to Medium-bodied; Quite strong hop notes dominate with a light dose of funky cardboardie malts with a touch of yeast and biscuity notes, but only a sliver of coconuts and funky grain are noticeable towards the end, perhaps a rice or quinoa or something, but not too exciting. Aftertaste shows some softer hop notes without much alpha acids or bitterness, but the funky malt is definitely there and not in a good way, in a sort of pungent, not-going-anywhere way, with a light dose of coconut, but nothing too pungent here. Overall, a pretty odd beer that shows some coconuts, not much hops and the very funky off-grain malts that is definitely not 'West Coast Style', unless that just includes the fact that it was made on the West Coast. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from La Bodega in Girdwood (Alyeska Resort) on 28-June-2021 for US$4,55 sampled on the top of the Harding Icefield Trail at Kenai Fjords National Park with my daughter in celebration of my birthday on 30-June-2021.

Calling itself a export lager it pours a clear copper with a average white head. Aroma is bready and biscuit malts. Flavor is about the same. Some bready malt with a little caramel in there. Calling this a marzen may make more sense. Decent chugger but nothing beyond that.
