The taste is ginger, lime citrus, grass and the vegetable earth. The palate is light bodied with lower carbonation and ginger spice in the finish. Fun and weird beer.

The taste is clean Saison notes along with a bit of earth towards the back. The palate is light to medium bodied with soft carbonation and a grass herbal finish. Solid.

The taste is a nice blend of the tart citrus and the wheat, integrated with a funk Brett leather. The palate is medium bodied with soft carbonation and the dry Brett finish. Nice one.

Tulip draft pour at the Meddlesome Moth in Dallas, Texas. The pour is a hazed golden reddish copper with a bit of an off white head. The aroma is sour right away, citrus acidic. As the sourness passes, some of the blueberry fruit peeks its head out, though it is certainly underneath the acidic sour. The taste follows the nose with big sour acidity, followed by the fresh, clean blueberry. As the beer warms, a pleasant spice and earthiness comes out. The palate is light to medium bodied, active carbonation and the sour fruit and spice finish. Easy drinking, crisp sour. Nice one, worked well with savory food.
