Sergey's hunt, bottle
Hazy to cloudy blond colour, dull. Funky smell, manure, plastic, rancid ham. Strong acidity, strong vinous character, a bit funky and floral, lemon, lychee, kumqat.
Interesting, not for the faint of heart.

Cloudy blond colour. Very nice aroma, smells like a oak aged Chardonnay, talc. Dry, moderately acidic, grapey, lightly funky.

Black colour; no head. Good chocolate, sweet, with vanilla, toffee, and a touch of tobacco; nice warming alcohol.

Funky stone fruit. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Stone fruit, dry a nice clean finish.

500ml bottle (Brian C.!) at Farees'. Appearance: hazy straw with a white head. Aroma: lovely with barrel and fruity notes with stone fruits notes. Taste: along the same lines, but it's not that rich. Overall: good one.

Nice barrel and chocolate roast. Jet brown with a small light brown head. Lots of wood and some boozy notes with a long dark malt finish. Not sure about the port finish.

500ml bottle (thx, Brian C.!) at Farees'. Appearance: very dark brown with a dark beige head. Aroma: bourbon, dark fruits, sweetness, some sweet dark cherries notes. Taste: along the same lines with lots of whiskey notes when it became warmer. Overall: nice one.

500ml bottle (thx, Eric D.!) at Farees'. Appearance: very dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: bourbon barrels, dark fruits, some booziness. Taste: along the same lines, quite sweet, fruity, with noticeable bourbon characther. Overall: good one.

Dirty, rubber and funky apricot. Cloudy gold with almost no head. Soured apricot and a light stone fruit and buttery finish.
