375ml bottle (thx, Brian C.!) at Farees'. Appearance: hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma: very funky with weird exhaust and farty notes. Taste: along the same lines, a bit better, though. Overall: ok.

Tasting at Salesforce, can
Murky pale blond colour. Nice aroma, pungent tropical hops, like Nelson Sauvin. It's very chalky, the hopping is abrasive, with vegetable bitterness covering the bitter citrus peel.

Cloudy, no head. Yellow. On the nose, some diacetyl, some lupy powder. Light peachy notes. On the palate, a bit harsh, with alcohol. Not great balance, just kind of messy, green and harsh.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a large dark brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of sweet chocolate notes with clear whisky and port barrel notes coming through with some residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate notes with some residual sugar with nice notes of whiskey and port bring additional balance and smoothness to the taste. Body is full with thick consistency and good carbonation with very light warming alcohol notes. Superb imperial stout with great balance and flavours.

This saison poured a light amber, slightly cloudy colour with a creamy white head. Medium lacing. Scents include ripe fruit, sourdough, corn and bad perfume. First swig was quite watery with sour flavours of ripe fruit, wine vinegar and dank basement. Finish is lingering sour.

Light tan. This has a lot of lavender, which must be a thing in this gin. Sweet, lots of gin/lavender flavour...ok the base beer isn't really all that great, and while the gin is strong, and not my favourite, I still like this overall.
