500mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with medium white head. Aroma is loaded with floral gin barrels -- very perfumey. Flavour is very perfumey, with loads of gin botanicals, floral notes, and alcohol. Very too perfumey and floral. Not pleasant.

Cloudy, dull blond colour, no head. Interesting aroma, delicate, it's perfumy, flowery, fruit, light marzipan. Soft mouthfeel, mildly sour, funky and fruity, light vinous character.
Very good.

Cloudy, lots of gooseberry hop, and a nice apricot note, On the palate, a light tartness, with a pretty decent fruit note, and a fair bitterness that almost gets a bit clashy.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out fermented out honey, rustic saison yeast, and a touch of funk. Flavour is quite exquisite, with fermented out honey, rustic saison yeast, and a hint of funk. Funky, honey-dominated, and finishing with white wine. Very good.

Tasting at Jamie's
Black colour, small frothy head with short retention. Mild aroma of roasted malt and booze. Medium body strength, moderate sweetness, roasted malt, roasted nuts, cocoa, light spices. Not the most rich, but very good anyway.

Bouteille 500ml, gracieuseté de msjpearson, Thanks Mike! Couleur noire opaque, mousse moka foncée fugace. Arôme de cardamome, eau de rose, café mexicain, cendre, pointe épicée. Goût de malt torréfié, café, cardamome, amertume moyenne-faible apportée par le malt, plutôt sucrée. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen-dense.

Bottle: Poured a slightly hazy yellow color ale with a large off-white foamy head. Aroma of rustic malt with peppery yeast notes is really enjoyable. Taste is a mix of rustic malt with peppery yeast notes and light oak with a dry sharp finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Solid saison with great drinkability/complexity mix.
