Bottle - Lots of piny hops. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Piny bitterness all the way through and a little light malt sweetness. Nice and refreshing.

Draft - Light grains and a bit of spice. Clear orange with a decent white head. Light grains and ry spice with some slight earthy hops.

Draft - Roasted malts and bittersweet chocolate. Jet black with a brown head. Rich dark chocolate with a nice roasty bitterness. Long roasty bitter finish, really nice.

Draft - Orange and pine hops. Clearish copper with a decent white head. Pine with lots of resin, caramel backbone with a nice mellow bitterness and a dry finish. Well balanced, but resin taste is a bit much.

Draft - Soured orange, grass and some farmhouse funk. Cloudy gold with a nice white head. Funky soured orange and lemon with a lightly tart dry finish. Well done.

A clear brown Bock with a thin mocha head. In aroma, interesting mix of caramel malt and funky sourness, dark fruits, nice. In mouth, sweet fruity caramel malt with light grassy hops, dark fruits, oily mouth feel, alcohol warmth, lightly peated. OttBottShare March 2014.

Bottle - Lots of wheat and very little sweetness. Clear pale gold with a thin head. All wheat and raw wheat. I am all for beers losing sweetness, but this is supposed to be and all I tasted was raw grain.

Bottle -Toffee and dar sugars. Cloudy brown and a thin brown head. Toffee, raisin, and dark sugar again with a toasted slight bitter finish. Nice for the style, but a bit simple.

A dark amber ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, light grassy malt with light chick pea notes, hummus, strange. In mouth, a nice grainy malt with grassy notes, rye notes, accessible. OttBottShare Oct 2013.
