A golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, biscuit malt with herbaceous hops, light mineral notes, light vegetable notes, so-so. In mouth, sweet biscuit malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, OK. On tap at Lupulus.

This blonde poured a clear light amber colour with a bright white, creamy head. Medium lacing. Scents include creamed corn, must, cereal and a little honey. First swig was a little thin on the mouthfeel but had nice flavours. Flavours include very light toast, cereal and dough. Finish is slightly hoppy with lingering flavours of cereal and frozen peas? Mild bitterness lingering.

This pale ale poured a medium amber colour with a soapy, off white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include must, cereal and flowers? First swig was mildly hoppy with basement flavours along with cereal, flowered hops and honey. Finish is musty with light cereal flavours lingering.

A red copper ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light red berries and cherries, light mineral notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light acidity, ground cherries, light berries, very nice. On tap at Lupulus.

A hazed reddish copper brown ale with a very thin off white head. In aroma, ground cherries with light acidity, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice ground cherries, lactic acid, Epsom salts, light Brett, very nice. On tap at Cheshire Cat, Carp.

Bottle at Black Christmas 2018
Cloudy golden colour. Some spicy and earthy aroma, probably the rye. Not much carbonation, a bit spice in the flavour, light acidity. Not seeing much pourpose here.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark orange with a small beige head. Aroma brings out saison yeast, oak, and earthy rye. Flavour is along the same lines, with earthy notes, oak, and light saison yeast. Earthy and toasted caramel finish. Solid.

A deep dark imperial stout with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with light vinous notes, light bourbon barrel notes, light soy notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart mix of dark fruits, chocolate, light coffee grind, musty character, light Brett, light lactic notes, ground cherries, very nice and complex. On tap at Lupulus.
