Capped 750 from Corti Bros. Pours hazy lemon gold with a foamy white head. Aroma is Brett, funk, fruit. In a moderate way. Near med body. Flavor is like the aroma, but less fruit. A marvelous rendition of Brett and funk. Dry. Exquisite.

Bottle. Pours clear golden apple, medium off-white head, dissipates fairly quickly, decent lacing. Aroma is very Bretty, hints of acetone, white grapes, a bit of barnyard funk. Flavor has some residual sweetness, sharp Brett funk, some acetone sharpness as well, white grape juice and sweatsocks. Medium body. Not really coming together well.

750 ml bottle from trade with bytemesis. Thank you Mike!! Hazy pale yellow color with white head. Yeasty and light hoppy aroma, funky bretty, citrusy fruity, cheese, socks, grass, cat piss. Sweet and acidic taste, light bitter too. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is somewhat bland. Light grain notes with a bit of Brett character. Some pinepaple and tropical fruit with hints of citrus. Light chardonnay notes with a bit of red apple and some light oak notes. Pours a somewhat clear, but slight hazy with a medium sized, fairly thin, white head that recedes quickly to the edges where it lingers for a bit. Moderate lacing and no legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with a light acidity and dry finish. Light grain notes with moderate chardonnay character and a bit of oak. Some light fruit notes with red apple, grapes, pineapple and citrus. Medium low bitterness and a light phenolic note. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a somewhat plain, but easy drinking and enjoyable beer. Nice Brett and barrel notes.

Capped 750 from Corti Bros. Pours light gold with a white head. Aroma of slightly sour grapes, some wood and brett notes. Not quite med body. Flavor matches aroma, but the grape doesn’t seem so sour. White grape by the way. A little musty wood. Some light brett. A touch of earth. Quite nice to drink.
