500ml bottle. Ruby amber colored pour. Red wine, apple cider vinegar. Really like this, berry, vinegar. Digging this one. Tart, lots of acidity. Funky.
Well shit that’s delicious too.

Tart raspberry and plum. Some red wine. Clear maroon look to it. A little vinegar. Pretty tart. Bottle.

50cl, murky amber. Nose has malt and cracker, apple cider vinegar, some muddled berry. Berry is mixed and helps balance the acid and base, malt and apples. High acid, full bodied. Tannins at the end. Surprised the oak doesn't present more.

Draught @ Sheffield's, Chicago (Nov 2024). Faintly cloudy dark yellow with a foamy off-white head, faint citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter mango-citrus taste, light piney bitterness, thin body, long finish. Well balanced hazy IPA.

Roadhouse Kush IPA at Lazy Dog Cupertino. Rose water, bitterness in the fore, crisp punch in the taste buds. Dry and delicious, but you have to like the flowery notes. I can see where the Kush name comes from.

Roadhouse the Walrus. Apricot, caramel, great balance. Not super exciting but a pretty tasty double IPA. On tap at Lazy Dog in Cupertino, it wasn't very hazy tbh. 3.8
