La Entropy es de color marrón, con espuma de color beige que muy rápido desaparece. Aroma con notas maltosas, caramelo tostado y licorosas. Sabor con notas alcohólicas muy pronunciadas, ligeramente dulce al principio y amargor final; con notas a caramelo tostado, madera. Final con amargor pronunciado y densa al paladar.
