Can at Central Beers, Malaga, 29/09/23. Moderate haze on a golden orange pour topped with a just off white cap. Nose is bitter orange, hop spice, grass, ripe tropical fruit esters, herb. Taste comprises grapefruit, bitter orange, pine needle, chalky mineral bite, grass, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with earthy come grassy hop bitterness. Okay DIPA if a little raw and harsh in places.

Keg at La Botica de la Cerveza, Malaga, 28/09/23. Black with a good sized tan head. Nose is coffee bean, vanilla, dark malts, chocolate pot. Taste comprises rich roast, chocolate, nutty, spice, vanilla pod, coffee grinds, marshmallow. Full bodied, oily mouthfeel, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Solid sipper ... the 15% is well masked.

(bottle 0,33l Advent calendar from Beershop.cz online shop) Overall: Surprisingly good. Nice noble hops with solid bitterness. Aroma: Noble hops, floral, hay. Appearance: Clear golden. Medium, white head. Taste: Light sweet, malt, noble hops, floral, medium bitter. Palate: Medium body. Bitter finish.

Catada en schnifter, sobremesa del domingo, en calma, escuchando jazz beats, precediendo a una agradable siesta. Color negro opaco, aspecto oleoso, espuma marrón que sin ser muy abundante ni de gran retención no termina de desaparecer. Aroma a malta torrefacta, café expreso, pan tostado, cacao puro. En boca entra sedosa, densa, oleosa, con notas dulces de fondo y una superficie rica en matices torrefactos y amargos, licorosa y placentera. Ciertas notas de regaliz, chocolate a la taza, madera, licor, tabaco puro... Un cervezón de puta madre, para disfrutar en calma.

En copa Teku, color dorado velado, espuma blanca de mediana retención. En nariz muy aromática, llena de matices herbales, cítricos y resina. En boca es fresca y ligera, cargada de lúpulo, tono cítrico y amargo, sobre un fondo mínimamente dulce, notas de pomelo, lima, pera, hierba fresca, naranja amarga...Final amargo y astringente. Correcta, una opción adecuada para refrescarse.

En vaso shaker, color amarillo anaranjado, espuma blanca no excesivamente abundante de mediana retención. Ya sirviendo se perciben notas aromáticas bastante jugosas, citricos (naranja, pomelo, kumquat), pino, resina, hojas de eucalipto... En boca es de cuerpo medio a ligero, jugosa, lupulada, rica en matices afrutados y herbales con un buen fondo dulce de malta. Muy rica, se disfruta un montón.
