Deep copper with a thin and frothy white head. Toasted malt, light caramel, a bit of fruit, earthy hop notes. Medium bodied. Lightly dry in the finish. Nice.

Mid-hazy orange with a white head. Medium bodied. A bit of tropical fruits, citrus, some pine and resin, and a clean crystal malt note. It’s pretty dull overall but it isn’t bad. Just missing any sort of pop.

Cloudy pale yellow with a hearty white head. Fresh tropical fruit aroma with mango and some cream notes. Full bodied. Flavor is similar though there are some fun bitter notes in the finish that keeps this hazy away from being flabby, like so many other NEIPAs. Nice.

A nice throwback to a classic style that no one brews anymore, and imperial stout with nothing but malt and hops in it. Lorien mallorca

Tap at Biercab. Pours a clear gold with a small head. Aroma is citrus, grapefruit, some orange, pine. Medium body. Flavour is malty, medium sweet, medium to high bitterness. Grapefruit, sweet orange, lots of pine. An old school IPA, well crafted, balanced and drinkable. Hits the spot.
