A hazed milky yellow DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice notes, alcohol warmth, light bourbon barrel notes, woody notes, alcohol warmth et, very nice. Can picked up from Hoptimaal webshop Amersfoort Netherlands and consumed at Alpen-Caravanpark Tennsee, Krün nr Mittenwald Thursday 29th August 2024 after dropping Dad and Pauline off at the airport. Pours black with a tan head. Didn't like this at all, tasted artificial and just weird, managed one mouthful, Loz tried and didn't like it at all. Really sorry La Pirata but this is not a good beer.
