Bottle from Honest Brew. Black body with a thin tan head. Faint lacing. Aroma of nuts, dark chocolate and espresso. Flavour of liquorice, chocolate and Marmite. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. Strong and full flavoured.

Pours yellow to orange, small head. Aroma is crazy pine, resin, herbal hops, some grapefruit. Medium body. Flavour is malty, yet malt is not too prominent, light sweetness. Hops is the big player here. Super intense pine, loads of resin, lots of grapefruit, orange. Medium to high bitterness. A very old school west coast IPA, high bitterness, loads of pine. Finishes dry and bittersweet. Excellent.

2020 bottle. Couldn’t resist this old favorite. Black with tan head. Sweet deep roasted chocolate, dates, dark fruitiness, vanilla, marzipan, bourbon. Full body and soft carbonation. Nice.

330ml bottle. Jet black colour with slightly late awakening, small, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, tan head. Intense, roasty, sweet-ish, chocolately, dark malty aroma, notes of molasses, treacle, dark chocolate, Belgian chocolate, a touch of tar. Taste is sweet-ish, chocolately, roasty, dark malty, notes of dark caramel, burnt caramel, dark chocolate, a touch of tar, rust, iron, a fruity touch of blueberry and blackberry, cherry liqueur, minimally metallic overtones; minimally warming, alcholic finish. Viscous texture, smooth and soft, creamy palate, fine and soft carbonation. Harmonious and balanced, dangerously drinkable due to the fruity part - very nice.

Bottle. Color: Clear copper, very thin beige head. Aroma: Sweetish, malty, peat and dark fruit. Taste: Over moderate to medium sweet, caramel, fudge, raisins, sugary and dark fruit notes. Malty base combined with moderate bitterness, clearly present peat notes and some boozy Whiskey notes. Oak wood notes and vanilla and nut hints. Warming mouthfeel at dry-ish finish. Over medium body, below average carbonation. Nice.

mega grejfruty, spora ich dawka takze sa tu czerwone sycylijskie pomarancze. smaczne chmielno-zywiczne. jest srednia piana, jasna barwa, ale chmielna nuta za to dosadna. doskonale do kanapki z lososiem podczas ogladania piratow z karaibow lub trzech muszkieterow :)

330ml bottle. Hazy, amber colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Woody, slightly yeasty spicy and vinous fruity aroma, notes of oak, hints of white grapes, gooseberry, weak funky overtones. Taste is dry, woody, minimally tannic, slightly yeasty spicy, minimally vinous fruity, notes of oak, hints of white grapes, gooseberry, a touch of white pepper, some fruit acidic tartness. Oily, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, minimally prickly carbonation. Quite oak dominated, not overly distinct Saison character - OK.

Bottle. Dark amber pour. Aroma of nice savory smoke, peat, caramel, raisin, vanilla, oak, dates and malt. Taste has strong peat, heavy smoke, caramel, oak, raisin, dates, soft chili heat, oak, vanilla and a solid strong malt base. This is very good, the beer is firm enough to carry the strong peated scotch flavors.
