.35 L draft at KC BIer Co in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is a clear amber with an off white one inch head that is lasting. The aroma is fresh toasted bread, soft honey and mineral. The taste is a great blend of the toasted bread malt, the honey mild sweetness, and the mineral earthiness. The palate is medium bodied, soft unfiltered mouth feel, and mineral dry softly bitter finish. Fun beer, well.

.35 L draft at KC BIer Co in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is a clear amber golden with a well formed one inch off white head. The aroma is soft, sweet caramel malt, along with fresh hay. The taste is a clean caramel malt base, finishing clean and crisp with grass and hay. The palate is light to medium bodied, active carbonation and the crisp grass finish with well balanced lingering caramel malt. Easy drinking bier.

Pour is a amber with a large foamy white head. Aroma is all the smoke. Big smoked ham aroma. Flavor is about the same, a large meaty smoke note with a little sweetness on the back end. They did not skimp on the smoked malt with this one. One of those beers I was glad to try but one is enough.

Pour is a dark brown with a small white head. Aroma is caramel and grainy malt. Flavor is a very nice toasted grain with an even grainier aftertaste. Not sweet at all. This was a nice Euro dunkel made here in the States.

12 oz bottle generously given to me for Father’s Day by my Mother in Law. The pour is a chill hazed golden with a one inch foamy white head that is lasting. The aroma is soft clove, grass with a hint of lemon rind citrus. The taste is the wheat grain, soft clove, lemon citrus zest and a bit of floral to the back. The palate is medium bodied, a somewhat chewy mouthfeel and the clean yeast and lemon finish. Solid.
