12 oz bottle purchased at KC Bier Company in Kansas City, Missouri. This was Day #18 of the 2020 KC Bier Advent Calendar. The pour is slightly hazed golden orange with a foamy ½ inch light tan head. Nice retention. The aroma is grain, sweetish clove, wheat and a whisper of banana. The taste is fruit sweetness, bit of the banana, clove, and the wheat grain to the finish. The palate is medium bodied, soft carbonation, unfiltered mouthfeel and lingering clove wheat banana finish. Fun beer.

12 oz bottle purchased at KC Bier Company in Kansas City, Missouri. This was Day #10 of the 2020 KC Bier Advent Calendar. The pour is a clear golden with a well formed one inch white head. Tons of fine carbonation bubbles rise to the surface. The aroma is soft clean malt, soft spicy hop, perhaps a hint of citrus. The taste is clean cereal malt, soft spice hop and a faint herbal yeast to the back. The palate is light to medium bodied, active natural carbonation and the herbal yeast to the finish. Simple, clean, expertly made - very easy drinking beer.

12 oz bottle purchased at KC Bier Company in Kansas City, Missouri. This was Day #1 of the 2020 KC Bier Advent Calendar. The pour is golden, tons of effervescent carbonation bubbles building up a foamy one inch white head and a slight haze. The aroma is bready grain, soft herbal and a bit of floral spiciness. The taste is herbal, bread, soft pepper spice, lemon and finishing with more of the herbal yeast character. The palate is medium to heavier bodied, soft natural carbonation and the lingering herbal finish. Nice take on a French Saison.

Draft at brewery. Dry lager malts. Dull dry hops. Has a mild bitterness. Dull beer. With an unappealing hop, for me.

Draft at brewery. This was the least enjoyable in my flight. Sticky for sure, slick sweetness, alcohol present and the stronger hoppiness makes it a poor beer soup.

Very clean and easy to drink with a moderate toffee finish. A faint dry noble hop back there as well. Very nicely done. Moderate head strength and stickynlacing. Cleaner brown color. Surprisingly well hidden alcohol.
