Bottle shared at Craft Beer Junction - pours hazy yellow-gold with a small, creamy white head. Light sweet flavour with a little funk, butter, pale bread, lemon, tangerine, light acidity. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly tangy finish, a little salt, more lemon, guava. Not bad.

DTW airport draught, 11/18/23. Undetermined clarity black with mahogany highlights. Faint beige bubbles on edge. Mostly souring acids in the nose, at least initially, while it's still ice cold. Sour, as is usual for this brewery, with the telltale heavy lactic, moderate acetic, low Brett character. Some chocolate and burnt cocoa on the finish. Maybe the juniper is intertwined with the lactic notes, hard to say. Medium to medium-light body, highly attenuated. Clean, not all that stout-like. Not tons of chocolate or juniper. Mostly a dark sour, which is fine. Doesn't really gain much body with warming. A bit thin and over-attenuated.

Can, small stable creamy head, cloudy pale red with orange taints, yeastiness, terpentine, feral notes, light spiciness, a bit of red fruits, lemon, piercing lactic sourness and a salty whiff. Excellent.
