Black beer, on tap at the Herkimer. Very soft, smooth palate, fantastic palate. Roasted malt, some earth and a little yeast. I think this is a dry stout. Good. Heavy roast in the aftertaste. Some coffee.

Light copper color. Aroma had a sweetand sour quality. Flavor has mandarin orange, some alcohol and is sweet and meatly cloying. Its not too sweer for me but it comes close. Unisual. And they did a good job with this one.
