The aroma is soft clove, wheat grain, faint lemon citrus. The taste is clean wheat grain, bright faint lemon citrus, then finishes with hay and the clove. Nicely integrated flavors. The palate is medium bodied, unfiltered mouthfeel, pleasant lingering wheat and clove. Nicely constructed Hefe.

Falls with nice lace. The aroma is cracker malt, spicy hop, soft herbal clove. The taste is fresh cracker malt, earth, hint of the clove and finishes with a mineral earth mix. The palate is light bodied, active carbonation and the clean dry earth mineral finish. Tasty Pils.

On tap at Beasts & Brews. Pours a clear, brown color, with a medium, frothy, beige head. The aroma is brown bread, walnuts, caraway, and a little band-aid. Sweet and yeasty, and a bit hot. Medium to heavy body, with a creamy, thick mouthfeel. This is a flawed, but fun bock.

Very faint pilsner aroma. Pretty standard flavor profile: Lightly crisp mouthfeel, not too sharp. Pilsner malt flavor with a bright yet soft hops finish. Not too bitter. Clean and smooth. Good example of the style.

Light smoky flavor mixed with toasted caramel. Lightly sweet. Low carbonation. Very clean and easy drinking. No bitterness. Very repeatable.

Bright lager flavor with a light hops finish. Somewhat flat mouthfeel. Very clean and easy drinking. The 6.8% ABV is well hidden. Not my favorite profile, but very repeatable.

12 ounce bottle from Woodman's Appleton, 10/19/19. Slightly hazy fold, thin creamy white head, fair retention. Aroma of toasted malt and some mild vegetal notes. Taste is grain, toast, piney hops, and a bit of piney hops. Medium bodied, lingering bitterness, decent balance.

12oz bottle. Filtered orange-tan body. Thin, fading head. Really well done, could hang out in Germany, no problem. Really captures the style well, cool lager tendencies, but with pleasant fruity ale tones as well. Great noble hop tone balances out the smooth malts. Excellent.

The Aromas are mainly malt, dark malt roasted barley with hints of caramel and toffee. Flavors are very similar to nose, mostly sweet with just enough carbonation and bitter to balance. Okay body and good finish. Nice beer.

12oz bottle. Filtered looking tan body, some chill haze. Thin, soapy head. Pretty much expected Prost to come correct with this one, and they don't disappoint. Full bodied, but clean and drinkable. Mellow lager tones, sweet malt, faint noble hop balance. A lot more subtlety and finesse than most American examples. Great example of a Heller Bock.
