500ml bottle from Ross on Wye. Golden colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fruit. Taste is sweet, fruity, baked appley, with core & skin, some caramel and mellow tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium sweet finish. Quite drinkable.

Slightly hazed golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of wood barrel, apple, funk. Taste is tangy, tart, appley, fruity, with wood barrel, peat, some funk, and drying earthy tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tangy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
