Bottle shared in Bristol / cheers to a Scoopy. Pours clear gold with a small, white topping. Ripe apples in the nose, some peel, hay bales, lemon. Light-medium sweet flavour with touches of booze, caramel, juicy apple character. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Good balance to the finish, lightly tangy apple character, more juice, a little musty dryness. Solid. Very drinkable.
