Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of apple, apple pie. Apple flavour, somewhat off, dirty drain, scrumpy. Quite thin. Finish apple.

Cask handpull at the Cock Tavern. It pours clear bright golden. The aroma is earthy, musty, funk, barnyard, hay, old dirty apples, apple skin, leather and damp wood. The taste is bone dry, tannin, apple skin, hint of sweetness, earthy, leather, wood, white grape skin, hint of gooseberry and barnyard with a drying finish. Medium body, flat and slightly oily mouth - feel.nit a huge amount of depth, but it is a decent farmhouse dry.

Thanks to Giovanni! 500 ml. bottle sampled @ Borefts 2017. Day 1. Clear golden. Nose is milky, stale UK cider funk, cheese, passable somewhat. Taste is awful, extremely watery rotting UK cider funk, just rotting & watery, yikes no.

50cl clear bottle. Pours cloudy yellow. Small white head. Aroma is mild bretty and zesty apples. Dry, apples and zesty. Slight herbal dry finish.

Clear pale blond cider, no head. Aroma: lots and lots of sweet apple juice, lovely smell, more concentrated apple juice, nice! MF: soft to no carbon, medium to light body. Taste: not sweet, bit nasty, unpleasant bitterness, very dry and weird. Aftertaste: dirty, weird, grassy, muddy, meh.

500ml bottle. Dorata chiara, vivissima, limpida, leggerissimo velo di schiuma. Al naso abbastanza monocorde, sentori di succo di pera, lieve citrico, leggerissimo acetico. In bocca è dolce all'attacco con finale appena acidulo. Corpo esile, carbonazione media. Si beve.

Handpump @Ma che siete venuti a dà (Rome). Dorata viva, limpida, schiuma leggerissima poco persistente. Al naso sentori di succo di mela, legno, stalla. In bocca è dolciastra all'attacco con finale amaro-acidulo, molto ben bilanciato, ottima secchezza. Corpo medio, carbonazione soft. Ninente male.

Thnx Thomas ! Pours light, pale yellow. No head. Smell is apples, touch dry, touch funk. Taste is bit dry, some apples. Nice, but nothing exceptionnal.
