Lightly hazy copper - frothy lace - nose of toasted grains, light mineral, lightly earthy malt, mildly leafy hops - flavor is dry, biscuity, toasty, with a mild touch of buttered toast - low carbonation - toasty finish with light mineral - decent - would like to try on cask.

Clear copper - not sure what’s imperial about this - tastes like a regular old IPA - flavor is clean, moderate sweetness - hops taste very earthy, so much so that the beer kind of tastes like dirt at times - tastes like resin, pine - medium to high bitterness - some caramel notes on the end - light garlic - spicy and pepper finish - meh.

Bottle. Pours cloudy amber, large of white head, creamy, nice lacing. Aroma is yeast, coriander, wheat. Flavor is the same, light sweet, lemon peel, pepper, coriander, wheat, lemon. A bit of zesty bitterness. Medium body., creamy.

From a 3 oz taster served at the Old Fashiioned in Madison WI. Pours a deep amber with a white head. Aroma of malt. Flavors of pepper and light citrus hops. Bitter finish.

Bottle shared with John. 5K backlog. Pours semi-cloudy gold. No head. Nose and taste of cheap apple cider, McIntosh, light cream, apple sauce and ripe banana peel. Not very good. Lighter than medium body.
