Bottle. Pours black with small tan head that lasts. The aroma is intense cinnamon, chocolate, maple, roast, vanilla. Thick body, maple syrup, cinnamon, dark chocolate, vanilla bean, boozy, nice sweetness, enjoyed this.

750mL bottled 12/20/2020, drunk 5/26/23. Dark, medium-sized tan head shows moderate retention. Nose is a wonderful mix of deep prune, ash/tobacco, moderate, fruity coffee and mild roastiness. Some light black malt definitely keeps it seeming strong and stiff, but it's not boozey nor over-roasted. Excellent fudge, caramel, maple and vanilla notes lighten the overall picture enough to balance. In the mouth it's silky, smooth, almost creamy in its texture with a sumptuous maltiness that is also well-attenuated. Rich malts add caramel and fudge with the dark notes yielding prune, tobacco and intense espresso. Great fruitiness. Strong, unsurprisingly, but I love the attenuation and there's no alcohol noted.

Can. A- Butterfly pea tea, rubber, grapefruit. A- Light purple color, clear liquid, light pink head. T- Butterfly tea, tart, oak, citrus. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, tart finish. O- Only because I have drink butterfly tea on occasion can I say it definitely does impart that flavor, which is nice and what I was hoping for. The citrus peel doesn't add any bitterness but does help balance things out. No idea the type of citrus but I get mostly grapefruit. Obviously at 2.5% it's super easy to drink and refreshing. More of a sour than a saison in my opinion for this table beer.

473ml can, thanks to tiong. Poured hazy golden in color. Juicy and sweet, tropical fruits, oranges, hops. Overall a very tasty brew.

(Can, 0.473l, thanks tiong, at VastActiv, 20230518) The beer poured deep golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, nettles and spiciness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, spiciness, floralness, orange juice, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy and bitter. Tasty.

Burk från Side Project, 2022. Tjock, kolsvart med nätt mörkbrun krona. Kryddigt med kanel i förgrunden. I smaken kryddigt inledningsvis, med kanel och muskot, går över i en rejält chokladig botten med vanilj. En del fat och ek. Mycket gott och snyggt, utan att kryddigheten tar över.

Draft. A- Cinnamon buns, vanilla, chocolate, nutmeg, oak. A- Black color, black liquid, brown head. T- Cinnamon buns, vanilla, chocolate, baking spice. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, complex finish. O- Wow, this was insane. Big and rich but not overkill sweetness. More like a Mole stout without the heat. I got a huge cinnamon roll flavor with a chocolate icing. So delicious and drinks like 5%.

16oz (thx, Brent L!) shared at Erik's place in Malmo. Appearance: very dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: cinnamon, spices, some chocolate and roasted malts. Taste: nice body, balanced spiced, some barrel. Overall: very nice and balanced.
