Fra fat, delt med BF: klar gylden med fint skum som varer. Deilig maltaroma og smak med krydderurter og fuktig løvskog. Elegant og eminent nyttbar, særlig i selskap med min beste venn gjennom 56 år.

750ml bottle. Relic from Discount Liquor Milwaukee. Can't figure its age. Holds up pretty well. Enough lemony wheat to keep it sort of authentic tasting. I enjoyed it, and it is better than most of its North American peers, but it still doesn't quite nail it. Devolved apple vinegar, but also lovely earthy barnyard funky wheat. Good.

Can - not sure why all the low reviews - this has a lot of what I look for in the style - rich maltiness that is clean but not too heavy, with a light of bright honey character - some herbal hoppiness through the middle, with some floral character - a touch of white grape - perhaps a touch too bitter on the tail end / lightly warming, which I like in the style - lingering honey on the palate - mouthfeel is soft and full - I dig it.

Bottle to tall tulip.
Appearance: ruddy dark red/maroon with a finger's worth of eggshell white foamy head which took it's time to dissipate and left some light lace
Aroma: funky must, earthy, semi-vinous with oaky tones, leathery sweetness, and a light dose of acidity
Flavor: blends the prior mentioned aromas semi-tart with a substantial sweet vinous to oaky and leathery quality; no aftertaste
Texture: medium bodied, she's definitely a sipper (it would be foolish to gulp this beer); mild smooth yet tart abrasiveness - nothing overbearing, finishes acidic with some earthy tones
Overall: I really liked this one, what a nice style to have and be satisfied with.

Bottle to snifter.
Appearance: dark brown close to black color with a little white foamy head which fairly quick dissipated; subtle lace
Aroma: roasted coffee beans, dark roasted malts, light toast, smokiness and some dark and milk chocolate tones
Flavor: slight bitterness from the dark chocolate and coffee beans, but also a nice sweet smokiness and an added sweetness from the milk chocolate further underneath, no aftertaste
Texture: medium bodied, she's a sipper! extremely smooth along my tongue and finishes with a substantial depth of the smokness
Overall: what a damn fine Baltic porter and would definitely have again if I could find a bottle!

Hazy, golden colour with an orange hud, a white head, average retention and some light, foamy lacing patches. Fresh lemon nose with the mild sourness, juices, some herbal touch and light grassiness. The grassy hops do come out on top in the taste, with some citrusy zesty notes. Not a bad NEIPA, that has the citrusy side, but not overly wet-juicy, nor dry-zesty.

Hazy, golden-yellow colour with a white, frothy-bubbly head, good retention and foamy lacing spots. An interesting nose with a mix of pineapple sweetness, apples, tropical and hop herbal notes. The herbs continues into the taste with a tad mint, balanced with lemon zest, apples and the pineapples taking a back seat. A nice, different NEIPA with a blend of minty-herbs, pineapples, apples and citrus zest.
