Bottle from SB. Clear, deep golden with no carbonation. Super concentrated red apple, apple skin, a mild citrus undertone, some honey and a touch of oaky vanilla. Super rich and complex. Lovely!

Golden-amber body, with no head.
Aroma of overripe fruits, sweet red apples, honey.
Tastes of concentrated, ripe apple juice, honey, fruit gum, overripe fruits.
Medium, oily mouthfeel, with almost no carbonation.
Finishes sweet, dense, with sweet ripe apples and honey mainly.
Tasty. Dense, oily nectar, with lovely, concentrated sweet apple notes throughout. Very sweet, but not cloying at all. My first Ice Cider and definitely not the last if possible, delicious stuff!

375ml bottle, as Brannland Iscider 34 Brix, Skordear 2014, 11.7%. Bright golden colour, no head and aroma of apple pie, toffee, caramel. Taste is sweet, concentrated apple, syrupy and fruity, with caramel, woody oak, spice, tannin, boozy, some tartness. Oily mouthfeel, full bodied, low carbonation, sweet finish. Nicely sippable.

Bottle, vintage 2015. Pours clear golden. Aroma is strong ripe apples, iced for sure, vanilla, quite pure. Body is medium, strongly sweet, intense in flavours, but still balanced by acidity. Lingering palate. Amazing!

Clear golden. Aroma is apple peel, baked apple, slight sulfur, lots of apfelstrudel stuff, cinnamon, cream, raisins... Taste is sour and sweet apple, quite creamy. Cherries(?) in the finish. Nice!

Bottle. Pale golden. Broad sweet applepie nose, old pear. Medium body, fairly dry and wonderfully sparkling. Citric, good broad apple notes, some winter spices, light almond and prune, indeed a apple-champagne. Lovely!

Bottle, many thanks Nische! Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is red apples, apple skin, a touch mealy, apple pie, gummibears. Taste is cinnamon, apple cake, rich red apples, honey, gummibears. Warming, yet dry finish with champagnesque yet small-bubbled carbonation. A winter Cider, perfect! And really tasty and dense.
