Bottle. Pale pearling yellow. Apple skin, something akin to licorice, medium light sparkly dry body. Dry Apple skin, light wooden notes, spicy, pleasant balanced finish.

Clear bright yellow. Aroma is fresh apples and apple peel, sweet raisins, and apple strudel. Taste is sweet cider, apples, some sour apple peel. Very fresh. Quite drinkable. Light and nice. Ok.

0.75 bottle from Sweden. Perfect carbonation, basic cider but very good aroma full of cinnamon apple. Flavor is full apple, enough sugar, probably stopped with sulfites.

Bottle. Pours darker blonde. Smell is syrupy, thick, applesauce, mild booze. Some remotely noticable barrel, but no clear signs of the actual contents previously held withing the barrel. I know Chateau D'Yquem is wine, but I have no clue what Louis Jadot is. persumably also wine ? Anyway, doesn't show. Taste is full, noticable booze, rather sharp. Full, applesauce, intense. Sweet, of course. Very syrupy. Aah, Ice cider... The moments of dissapointement are so, so rare !

Flat, dark golden color. Aroma is dry and slightly sweet concentrated fruity, apple peel, concentrated sweet apple juice, oak, apple cores, grass, minerals, alcohol. Taste is sweet concentrated fruity, dried sweet apples, concentrated sweet apple juice, oak, apple cores, minerals, alcohol, apple peel, citrus. Medium bitterness, sweet sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

75cl bottle from Scrattings, shared with Soph. Pours very pale clear gold. Aroma is sweet green apple, reminiscent of sweet commercial Swedish cider. Taste is similarly sweet, sugary with some sweet pear notes. Sticky sugary finish, light acidity, hints of kopparberg. Not a massive fan of this sweet Swedish cider style and was hoping this would be a nice departure.

Golden-amber, clear body, no head.
Lovely aroma of concentrated, sweet apple, fruit gum, sweet honey, subtle wood.
Tastes of sweet apple concentrate, honey, less fruit gum, more juice, slight tartness, slight spices.
Medium, oily mouthfeel, without carbonation.
Finishes sweet, concentrated, with red apple skin, apple juice, subtle lingering wood.

Very tasty! The barrel aging is pretty subtle, only leading to a slight wooden note and an overall higher smoothness. Lots of lovely, concentrated apple notes everywhere, while never too sticky, perfectly balanced. Beautiful stuff!

Thnx to Kermis ! Pours dark blonde, smell is intense, pure applesauce. Taste is sweet, thick, syrupy, mild alcohol, full flavored apple. Mild tartness from the apples towards the back. Another great ice cider.

Bottle from SB. Pours pale, green with no head. Very finely carbonated. Loads of apple skins, very light funk, citrus freshness, apple/vanilla cobbler. Great stuff!
