Bottle from the system. Very pale colour. Some tendencies towards more of a pear cider. Champagne like ending. Quite sweet. Sophisticated.

2015 bottle from Systembolaget. Clear dark golden. Strong red apple aroma and taste. Overripe apples, intensely sweet. Some vanilla. Tart apple pie finishing it off. Lovely.

13/01/2019 €home - bottle from a trade with hackobock. Dark orange, no head; Nose is apple, sweet, caramel. Taste is apple caramel, bit tarte tatin, some alcohol no barrel in the taste. Nice desert cider.

Courtesy of SinH4. Pours clear amber. Aroma is dried apple, peel, leather, citrus fruit, oxidation. Body is heavy and oily, decently sour, even acidic. Penetrates the senses. Lots of apple, caramel, some oak, lemon, orange peel. Balanced acidity, moreish. Intense, yet far from too thick. Very good.

187 ml corked bottle from Systembolaget. Golden-amber, clear body, without head. Aroma of clean, concentrated, sweet red apples, fruit gum, moderate wood. Lovely taste, with more barrel noticeable, sweet, concentrated apples, also quite tart apple notes. Medium, oily mouthfeel, without carbonation. Finishes sweet, moderate wooden, warm, a bit tart, with lingering, distinct, clean, concentrated red apples and apple skin. Very tasty! Especially the taste benefits from the barrel aging, with a lovely wooden note, that gives this more depth. Otherwise very beautiful, clean, concentrated apple notes everywhere. Among my favourite Ice Ciders so far! Score: 8 / 4 / 9 / 4 / 17

750ml bottle. 8%. Orangey golden colour with afew bubbles on top and aroma of mellow apple, cooked apple, caramel. Taste is sweet, fleshy apple, some apple pie, vanilla then tart drying citric with some tannins. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi-dry finish with some residual sweetness. Nicely drinkable.

Clear oily amber. Aroma is apple some yeast apple juice a little almond and raisin. Taste is apple sourness with more sweet apple juice. Oily. Apple finish. No trace of alcohol. Very balanced. Nice.
