Bottle. Dark clear amber. Dry pear and apple skin aroma. dry medium full sweet body, dry spicy, apple, light pepper, a hint bubblegum. A bit sweet berry, pleasant though.

Bottle. Dark amber. Apple cake with calvados nose. medium full dry sweet, a hint winegummy and honey, pretty nice. A hint boozy mead retronasal. Very intersting.

Bottle. Light hazy pale golden. Lightly sweet aple peel nose, a hint fusel. Medium full chewy apple body, dry lightly tart, apple essence finish, great balance, nice drink.

From bottle at Ulfborg tasting 2019/06. Clear golden color with no head. Aroma is sweet apple, sugar, light cinnamon. Sweet taste. Light to medium oily body with flat carbonation.

Flat, light orangy golden color. Aroma is slightly fresh and sweet concentrated fruity, sweet concentrated apple juice, apple cores, oak, grass, apple peel, flowers, minerals, hay, hints of citrus. Taste is sweet concentrated fruity, apple cores, sweet concentrated apple juice, grass, sugar, dried apples, oak, apple peel, flowers, hints of citrus. Medium bitterness, slightly sweet sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

75cl bottle via the medium of Scrattings. Pours clear deep gold. Aroma brings light honey and butterscotch. Taste is slick on the palate with a prominent tantalising sweetness that brings butterscotch & vanilla notes, subtle tannin, sweet green apple notes, cinnamon hints.. very much in an oily apfelwein vibe.
