Thnx to SinH4 ! Pours clear, darker blonde. Smell is full, sweet, intense, some apples. thick and syrupy. Taste is full, intense, quite thick and syrupy, apples, very sweet, intense. Lovely ice cider ! Fairly complex towards the back

Bottle. Clear golden. Dry apple/pear cider nose, light moppy. Medium full sweet base. Dry, sparkly, light berry, tart Apfelstrudel incl. spice. Nice.

Aroma is creme brulee and raisins and apple strudel. Taste is sweet sour apple very intense. Quite oily. Nice phenolic raisins and cinnamon finish. A bit heavy. Not bad.

24/11/2017 - 20cl bottle from a trade with hackobock. Warm orange colour, no head. Nose is ripe apple, cake, spices, pineapple, honey. Taste is apple cake, some vanilla, honey, sweet, warming, bit oily. Nice!

Bottle, many thanks Nische! Clear golden color with no head. Aroma is surprisingly fresh red apples, lots of vanilla, cardamom, cinnamon, apple pie spices, wood, honey, pineapple. Taste is gummibears, ripe apples, vanilla, a touch of tannins, honey. Warming finish. Viscous oily mouthfeel. Feels lusciously light. Super-interesting Ice Cider, super fruity and complex-spicy as well, and with the right amount of tartness to balance it out - and despite the complexity and heaviness on the spices, it is extremely elegant as well.

Bottle. Clear golden body with lively carbonation with just a trace of a white head that disappears right away. Aroma of dry apple, apple core and some kind of woody cellar notes. Flavor is medium sweet, tart apples, some acidity, wood, ripe apple and apple juice. Fine balanced body with a dry and slightly acidic finish and quite concentrate apple flavor. Feels a bit raw, but in a pleasant way, probably not a cider for everyone, but certainly some good qualities here.

375 ml clear bottle, as Brännland P. Pernilla. Perle., from Vinmonopolet Kvadrat., at a stiff price. ABV is 8.5%. Golden colour, pours moderately sparkling with a very thin and shortlived white head. Moderate but pleasant aroma of ripe apples. Semi-sweet flavour of ripe dessert apples and somewhat concentrated apple juice. Very good.

Taste is slightly sweet concentrated fruity, concentrated apple juice, hay, minerals, oak, apple cores, grass, citrus peel, fruit stones, sugar, apple peel. Medium bitterness, slightly concentrated sweet fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

Bottle 187ml. @ [ The Stat Improver Tasting ] - Saxo, Højbjerg - Aarhus, Denmark. [ As Brännlands Iscider Fatlagrad 2013 ].Clear medium to light orange yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, apple concentrate, rich apple, light tart apple. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long long duration, sweet apple, concentrate apple, wood, rich apple. Bottle at Craigs Edinburgh. Clear pink gold no head. Apple and pear aroma. Not as good as the other one but still pretty good. Wow what a breakfast. Good pear and apple and sweetness.
