Bottle. 2021 vintage. A clear, deep golden oily pour with no head. Intense apple aroma, caramel, alcohol, grass, apple cores and apple juice. Full body, sweet, lightly warming and smooth. No carbonation. Oily. Apple juice, apple jam, apple cores, overripe apple and some grass and alcohol in the flavor. Lasting finish. Nice indeed, but it lacks a bit on complexity and intensity I think. 250314

Panda thanks to Ed Danlo. A sticky rich amber coloured pour with no head. Aroma is intense sticky brown sugars, bee stung honey, condense apple, toffee. Flavour is composed of intense tangy juicy golden apple, brown sugars, toffee, rich apple cake, green apple, Lovely. Palate is medium sweet, intense, full bodied, sticky and tangy,

22/1/2025. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear deep bronze with no head. Aroma is sweet, baked apple, marzipan, hedgerow, meadow. Medium sweet with very nice tartness. Full bodied, smooth, no carbonation. Excellent ice cider.

Nose is apple pulp, caramelised sugars, light booze, prunes.
Taste comprises apple pure, booze, caramel, vanilla, stewed fruits, apple pie.
Full bodied, light viscous feel, semi drying close with a balanced rise of alcohol.
Solid sipper.

Bottle, corked. A clear, oily, golden colored drink, still and headless. Concentrated apple aroma with a light dusty, hayish touch. Lightly spiced. It's full-bodied and lightly warming, sweet and still, with apple dominating the flavor. Ripe apple, apple jam and a touch of bad booze. Lasting finish. A bit boozy, rough, but quite nice anyway. 241231

375ml bottle from Fine Cider Co. Deep coppery amber golden brown colour with reddish tinge, no head and aroma of apple pie, apple, earthy, nutty, booze. Taste is sweet, concentrated apple, apple pie, dried fruits, woody, nutty, tannin, with balanced tartness and acidity. Oily mouthfeel, full bodied, low carbonation, drying tart tannic finish. Very drinkable.

Flat, clear golden color. Aroma is slightly dry concentrated fruity, apple cores, apple peel, alcohol, leafs, bark, unripe apples, hints of dried apples. Taste is slightly dry concentrated fruity, apple peel, apple cores, shed, alcohol, grass, slightly concentrated apple juice, bark, hay. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice enough.
