(Bottle) Pale golden colour, flat. Fruity nose with red apples, apricots, orange peel and honey. Fruity, sweet taste with notes of red apples, apricots, citrus peel, honey, hay, caramel and a mild acidity in a sweetish finish. Medium body, sweet. Lighter and not quite as sweet and sticky as many ice ciders, making it really drinkable. Very nice.

Bottle. Deep amber color with no head. Aroma is bergamotte, red apples, intense but nicely integrated. Taste is Brännlands style sweetness and acidity, beautiful bergamotte in there, incredible balance. Thick oily mouthfeel, flat. Very good stuff, quite a bit different!

Bottle at Schramm's tasting #1. Clear amber. Intense red apple skin, slightly tart, a bit of raisins. Insane intenstity. So, so good.

24/2/2022. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours deep golden copper with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of cinnamon, nutmeg, baked apple, citrus, lime, sugar syrup, aniseed. Medium syrupy sweetness, moderate tartness. Medium body, sticky motuhfeel, low carbonation. Dry and tart, warming alcohol finish. Lovely.

Pours dark amber clear. Scent is mild, buttery applesauce. Caramel. Taste is full, sweet, intense, applesauce. Tannic, medium acidity. Full flavored. Not super unique but as always enjoyable.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to SHIG. A clear deep golden orange coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is semi sweet and tangy, lemon rind, warming alcohol, rhubard custard, waxy. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tangy, intense sticky gooey apple, rhbard custard sweets, . Palate is tick and gooey, tangy, slick. Very good.

Sample thanks to Danlo: Poured a coppery golden with a bubble white head. Aroma is apples,, spices, tannins, some piney, woodsy. Taste is sweet sticky forward, apples, tannins, more of those balanced spices, some wood.
