Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Clear golden. Crisp apple, light mineral, juicy, a touch of flowers and citrus. Under medium sweet and sour, light tannic bitter. Crisp medium bodied with light dry finish. Very drinkeable and refreshing.

500ml bottle from Cider is Wine. Golden amber colour, no head andd aroma of apple syrup, spices. Taste is sweet, concentrated apple, syrupy, fleshy and fruity notes, with spices, bergamot, and then drying tannins. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, drying warm boozy finish. Nicely sippable.

(Bottle) Golden colour with brief, foamy head. Fruity nose with notes of ripe yellow apples, orange, hay and a touch of cinnamon. Fruity taste with yellow apples, orange peel, flowers, cinnamon, a touch of balsamic vinegar and a finish with a good tartness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty, with lots of character and a fresh acidity. Alcohol well hidden. Very nice.

2016 version, noticable by it's lower alcoholcontent due to the higher natural acidity. It was also barrelfermented a bit more than other versions. As they reccomend to age it in the bottle a bit to fully express the specific vintage's character, I decided to keep this. untill now (early 2021).

Pours fairly clear, rather dark golden. Scent is thick, intense and juicy apple. Taste is full, intense applesauce, thick and robust. I agree, it has some acidity, but it's very well blended in and provides a very nice balance. Very aromatic. A benchmark for Ice Cider. Even a very light touch of bottleCO2. Noticable alcohol in the back, not boozy, but noticable. Lovely ice cider
