Yesterday. Has aged in to something that’s quite acidic. Has sadly lost its balance.

Bottle with the RateBeer München Tasting group, courtesy of Dave, cheers Dave! We had this Wednesday 1st July 2020. On the nose a little bit of warm apple pie, apple skin and pips, Taste is initially a little bit boozy but this rapidly subsides, sweetness aparrent, streaky bite, so concentrated, marvellous, simply marvellous.

Sample thanks to Danlo. Cheers Ed! Clear gold. Strong caramelised apple nose. Quite rich overall, sweet with intense caramel, cassonade, stewed apple, oily palate. A sipper for sure.

9/6/2020. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear bright gold with minimal head. Aroma is juicy apple, touch funky, caramel, vanilla and brown sugar. Medium sweetness, light tartness with a little extra tart on the lips to finish. Medium body, sticky texture, quite carbonated. Quite enjoyable.

Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, drying tart finish with residual sweetness. Nicely sippable.
