[At GABF 2004] A copper colored beer with a disappearing beige head. The aroma is lovely smoked with clear notes of beechwood. The flavor is also smoked with notes of beachwood, leading to a dry woody end.

[At GABF 2004] A red-brown beer with a disappearing orange head. The aroma contains loads of coffee and chocolate - nice. The flavor is sweet with chocolate being the most dominant - the coffee lingers far in the background, but the mouthfeel is flat.

[At GABF 2004] A hazy orange beer with a fine white head. The aroma is sweet malty with some notes of caramel, and so is the flavor, while the mouthfeel is flat. Not really my style of beer.

[At GABF 2004] A clear copper colored beer with a beige head. The aroma is very hoppy, while the flavor is a combination of caramel and hops. The alcohol is very well hidden - very easily drinkable.

[At GABF, 2004] A pitch black beer with a small disappearing brown head. The aroma is sweet roasty with slight coffee notes. The flavor is sweet and roasted with weak notes of chocolate and coffee as well as hints of alcohol, but the alcohol burns slightly in the finish. Too sweet and too simple for me.

Very herbal and spicy, mildly bitter. Unique and unusual, but not something you can drink much of.

Extremely citrusy, to the point of being freaky and weird...but a good lesson in citric hop flavor.
