Can. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, malt, fruits and hops. Sweet finish.

5/10/2023. Can shared by G&E. Pours clear pale amber with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is malty, caramel, fruity, floral. Fairly sweet. Not bad.

Can, from the brewpub (2022 backlog). Pours cloudy reddish yellow looking like kombucha with floating precipitates and very small frothy whitish head, vinegar-like aroma, low carbonation, medium tart berry-lime taste, thin body, long medium sour finish. Quite drinkable despite the flavor and appearance.

Can, from the brewery. Extremely hazy bright yellow-orange with a large foamy beige head, jalapeno-peach aroma, low carbonation, lightly sour peach taste with jalapeno kick at the end, thin body, long medium sour finish. Very interesting combination, I could not believe that it worked!

Can, from the brewpub. Pours clear dark yellow with small foamy off-white head, faint citrusy aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter taste with lightly piney flavor, thin body, long medium bitter finish. No frills decent IPA.

Pours clear, amber, with a thin white head. Aroma of toasted an sweet malt. Taste has caramelized malt, grain. Palate has sticky sweet notes on the nose, lingering in the mouth, some mild hop oils, vaguely citric. Good.
