Thin body, bit watery. Taste of lactose, coffee and some mild vanilla. Slightly metallic aftertaste. Has potential, but needs some depth and finetuning.

Sampled during Carnivale Brettanomyces festival, Amsterdam 2014. Murky, muddy brownish color, medium sized beige head. Aroma is a bit leaves and tea and a hint of old hops. Taste has a decent bitter but it also reminds me of tea. Hmm not my thing I guess.

Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of malts, urine, hops. Bitter flavour, malts, urine. Disturbing, these urine notes. Hope it’s a one time flaw from this otherwise interesting and decent brewery. Finish light hops, malts.

33 cl bottle from De Bierkoning @ home. Clear orange to amber color. Uneven, sticky off white head. Aroma’s: fruity, flowery hops, with a slight malty sweetness and fruit retronasal. Flavor is moderate bitter with light malty sweetness as backbone. Light to medium bodied. Firm bitter finish with some grain. Bit of a discrepancy between aroma & flavor, but quite nice in the end.
