33cl bottle from Gouwen Aar, Gouda Thick white head. Nice hoppy aroma. Cloudy blond pour. Lovely hoppy IPA. Very enjoyable.

biertje met citroenmelisse en jeneverbes, nou dat moet dan wel wat wezen als je het zo leest !. laat ik zeggen dat de tonen er wel licht inzitten maar ik vind het net iets té lang bitter. Het aroma komt stevig ’struik’ achtig binnen het zal blijkbaar de jeneverbes wezen, De initiële slok komt prima binnen echter veranderd deze al snel in een metalige/houtige iig minder lekkere smaak. medium body, dun van textuur en lage co2, mwah !

Bottle from Het Biermoment, BB Jan 2015, large sample, served in a shaker. Cloudy orange to amber color, very much alive, with a huge rocky off-white head and big bubbles. Aroma of pineapple, peach, citrus, caramel, bit grassy and floral as well. Medium bitterness in taste, sweet caramel. Bit dry. Quite high in carbonation, medium body. Seems to be doing a lot right, but carbonation ruins it a bit, which is a pity. Can imagine examples with less carbonation, or tap version, would be much much better.

33 cl bottle from De Bierkoning @ home. Hazy amber color. Big, beige, rocky head with long retention and some lacing. Aroma’s: citrus, lemon zest, sour almost, hoppy acidity. Retronasal there’s also light malty sweetness (caramel), herbal and floral hops. Flavor is moderate bitter with some hoppy sourness. Medium bodied. Quite high carbo. Finish is herbal, floral, slightly dry and moderate bitter.

Helder licht koper met witte kraag. Aroma komt iig lekker fris hoppig binnen, den, grapefruit, zoet en wat floraal Smaken zijn redelijk bitter, matig zoet, licht pepertje, caramel, dun, iets van nat hout. Zwakke body, waterig en wat dun, afdronk droog en lang bitter. Ben er niet zo weg van.

fles 33cl, 6.3%, oranje met witte kraag, iets te snel geopend na ’t transport. aroma is enorm fruitig (exotisch), den citrus maar gewoonweg héérlijk ! smaken zijn zacht, lichte citrus, glad/romig, redelijk hoppig, matig/redelijk zoet, redelijk bitter, redelijke co2, sinaasappel, grapefruit, iets té dunne body maar verder goede smaken --- Beer merged from original tick of Hop Brothers on 25 May 2018 at 13:56 - Score: 7

Bottle from Biernavigatie, BB March 2015, large sample, served in an Oersoep tulip. Almost clear golden to orange color, short frothy slight off-white head. Aroma of bit sweet malts, slight biscuity, fruity hop, bit citrus, caramel, toffee, tannines. Soft bitter taste, some toffee, bit dry, bit sweet. Quite malty as well. As always with pale ale stuff from the Sallandse, they tried to get too much sugars from the mash, getting that dryish almost astringent tannines in the beer. Dont be so Dutch, spend some. The beer can only improve.

On tap at Beer Temple. Hazy orange colour, off-white head. Aroma of grapefruit, citrus, lemon, soft floral notes. Flavour is medium sweet, light malty, fruity, grapefruit, lemon, floral, orange, nice bitterness. Medium-bodied.

On tap at Kimchi. Not sure if it’s rateable, but it was good. Hazy pinkish amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of hops, blueberries, caramel, fresh. Flavour was a nice IPA-blueberry combo, refreshing, fruity and hoppy at the same time, little tartness. Light-bodied. Nice.
